Redesign the

onboarding

OVERVIEW

To address the challenges faced by our clients in customizing the onboarding process, we embarked on a comprehensive redesign. Clients desired the flexibility to communicate their product offerings and add personalized content during onboarding. However, the existing system often resulted in visual inconsistencies and a lack of adherence to design best practices.

MY ROLE

In my role, I ensured alignment and clear communication across key stakeholders by keeping the Head of Design updated and closely collaborating with the Product Manager on the Premier-Spotify partnership. I provided regular updates on design progress, gathered feedback, and facilitated discussions to ensure the integration of the partnership was seamless and aligned with both user and business goals.

MAIN REQUIRMENTS

Our goal was to create a new onboarding experience that strikes a balance between flexibility and design integrity, enabling clients to effectively showcase their offerings without compromising user experience.

Scalable Onboarding Solutions for Multi-Brand Customization

The challenge was creating an onboarding experience that works across multiple brands, each with unique needs. The solution was to design a flexible, scalable framework that allows for easy customization—enabling clients to personalize messaging, visuals, and content while maintaining consistency and best practices.

Using modular components and dynamic templates, we built a system that adapts to diverse brand requirements without sacrificing a seamless user experience. This approach ensures scalability and smooth onboarding, no matter how many brands are added.
