MY ROLE
The primary role of the "Alert" message is to deliver critical or time-sensitive information to riders in a prominent, easily noticeable format. It serves as an effective tool for communicating service changes, promotions, or safety updates, ensuring riders are well-informed during their journey.
MAIN REQUIRMENTS

Customizable Content: Agencies must be able to request and customize the message content, including text, urgency level, and relevant call-to-actions.

Design Flexibility: Alerts should be visually distinct, with options for color, size, and positioning to align with each agency's branding while maintaining consistency with app design standards.
